Human Rights Management

LBS Tech Co., Ltd. will respect and realize the human rights of all stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees, and will evolve into a company where human dignity is realized through communication and consideration. To achieve this, we acknowledge that human rights and social diversity are fundamental values that every individual should enjoy, and in January 2024, we declare the Human Rights Charter.

Charter of Human Rights

  1. We respect and support international standards regarding human rights, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

  2. We do not engage in unfair treatment, including all forms of discrimination and workplace harassment, in accordance with domestic and international standards, as well as the National Human Rights Commission Act, and provide a work environment based on mutual respect and consideration.

  3. We guarantee the freedom of association and collective bargaining for employees and strive for mutual prosperity based on trust between labor and management.

  4. We comply with laws regarding gender equality in employment and support work-life balance, and do not tolerate any form of forced labor or child labor.

  5. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, gender, place of birth, political views, or any other grounds against employees and all stakeholders.

  6. We strive to ensure the safety of employees and citizens by complying with safety regulations.

  7. We make efforts to create and protect an inclusive urban environment without barriers, allowing everyone to easily access and enjoy the services we provide.
